Glossy Locks is a hairdressers and beauty salon based in Newport city centre in Gwent, South Wales. We specialise in all types of braiding styles, micro beads and nano ring extensions. However, we also provide a wide range of hair and beauty treatments that will make you feel great about yourself!
Our beauty services range from quality hairdressing and eyebrow tinting to waxing and spray tanning in our fully equipped unisex salon. There is also a wide screen TV and WiFi for waiting customers.
On top of all this, we are also stockists of a wide range of hair and beauty products. From wigs and hair piece extensions to buns and pony tails.
Free WiFi and flat screen TV is also available for our customers, in a relaxed and warm atmosphere. Both appointment bookings and walk-ins are welcome.
All hair types and skin tones are catered for, so rest assured you’re in good hands with Glossy Locks.

Braids
If you are looking to have braids done then congratulations because you're at the right hairdressers. You can choose between a wide variety of cornrows, box braids, Senegalese twists and more. It doesn't matter whether your hair is long, short, Afro or European because Glossy Locks cater for all hair types.
Extensions
All of the Glossy Locks team of hairdressers are fully trained when it comes to weave and extensions. Nano rings, smallest on the market, is a natural human hair extension which does not damage your hair. Other natural products we use are micro beading and celebrity weave extensions.
Wigs & Hair Care
Glossy Locks Hair & Beauty are retaillers of wigs, hair piece extensions, buns and pony tails of both synthetic and natural hair. We only stock the best brands both in store and online so beware of cheap imitations. Cancer patients will receive that personal touch and are very much welcomed.
